Process Design Projects

As with facilitation, process design is an integral part of most projects and tasks. Before becoming an instructional designer, I was a process designer and re-designer in the early 1990's for TRW. After becoming an instructional designer, I became a website systems designer. Process design has been a success factor in most of what I do.
