MSU PFID-F&V Department Site

This project started as a task to move the Partnership for Food Industry Development - Fruits and Vegetables department website to a Drupal solution. Upon further investigation, it was determined by the client that the needed to be restructured. My role on this project was to:

  • Explore the department's functions and processes and propose a strategy that emphasizes the department's work
  • Create a story board that reflected the site requirements
  • Design a look and feel that the client felt reflected a more modern style
  • Configure Drupal to meet the layout and information design requirements
  • Conduct Drupal core and module updates as needed during the production process
  • Coordinate the graphic development used in the site and for the custom homepage
  • Modify an existing theme to meet the requirements
  • Prototype the site using the content from the storyboard
  • Populate the site client developed content
  • Instruct the client on how to use Drupal to enter and update content
